HP SLATE full videos

i need an ultralight thin 9 or 10 min 8 inches tablet that runs win7 and linux ubuntu,where i can program on it, use photoshop smootha s hell even working with 30 layers, core 2 duo 16mb cache 2.0 at least, 160gb hd, NOT OVERHEAT OR SLOWDOWN, battery life minimium 7 hours MINIMIUM, it would be nice 10 hours. Hdmi, 2 usb, 1 camera card input ports and if a charger comes with it, run videos even 720p smooth and for at least 6 hours. It HAS TO RUN MICROSOFT ONENOTE, nice def screen n cost $300.
