    自从这个奖项设立以来，还从来没有一个本土的国人获此殊荣，似乎这是一个永远绕不开的怪圈。针对诺奖，官方也好民间也罢，谈论最多的却是“中国距离诺贝尔奖有多远？”，从中国的教育体制、科研体制、激励体制等方面原因，使得我们一直徘徊在诺奖的大门之外。

    诺贝尔奖是中国人的一个梦想。

    其实，诺贝尔奖不是主要的。 获奖不获奖有偶然因素，看看获奖的那些项目都是若干年以前的项目。那么多可以获奖的项目，具体那一年获奖真的是偶然因素。科研工作者也不是为了获奖而研究的，当然更不是应景而做“献礼工程”，获奖了是意外。

    看一下现在的成果中有几个是原创性的，有几个是有重大意义的项目。所谓的鉴定都是项目主持人找几个评委，都是熟人，尽管这些评委也都有很大头衔，那好意思说不好听的。然后就是填补了国内空白，达到国际先进水平，都成了套话。无论是国家级还是省级鉴定，基本上都是如此。曾经有一位老教授曾经说，有一次他参加鉴定，说了一些“不合时宜”的话，被认为是异类，后来再有鉴定会之类的基本不邀请他参加了。话又说回来，即使达到了国际领先，填补国内空白也是拾人牙慧，追随人家的轨迹而已。

     诺贝尔奖对于原创性要求非常高。原创性研究依据现在的科技体制无法支持这种项目，失败率非常高，若干年没有成果，项目进展报告怎么写，职称怎么评，参加项目的研究生如何毕业都是大问题。因此，如果我去选择科研课题，肯定去选择容易结题的、易出成果的课题，当然这样的课题基本上都是填缝类的课题，继续验证某个已经基本确认的观点，或者大课题中遗漏的小末节问题，发几篇SCI没有问题，职称、毕业等问题迎刃而解。但是，想有大的成果，就是一个梦想。
