Google 18 billion U.S. dollars into real estate market? （ Google 18亿美金进军房地产市场?）

According to foreign media broke the news recently, Google has been, and New York City office building in Manhattan, signed the contract, then, Google will be the price ofabout 18 billion U.S. dollars to buy the building, as Google's new headquarters.
 
It is reported that the building a total area of 27.3 square meters, the largest in the United States this year, trading a single buildings, this building is not an ordinary fellowneighbors, such as the famous sports brand Nike, Lifetime Networks, Knoll, Barnes & Noble and so on.
 
     Do not know if Google will not rent part of the room?

 近日根据外国媒体爆料，Google已经和纽约市曼哈顿的一栋办公楼签下合同，届时，谷歌将会以约18亿美金的价格买下这栋大楼，成为谷歌的新总部。

　　据悉，这栋大楼总面积为27.3万平方米，是美国今年规模最大的单栋建筑物交易，这座大楼的邻居也不是泛泛之辈，比如著名的运动品牌耐克，Lifetime Networks、Knoll、Barnes & Noble等等。

    不知道Google会不会出租一部分的房间呢?
