Account Strategist/Associate, AdSense
The AdSense team is a group of specialists who have a passion for online advertising and e-commerce. They thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented, international environments. They are in charge of multi-tasks and like helping customers and colleagues to solve problems. In providing excellent service for our clients, they pro actively identify, develop, support and maximize revenue opportunities from either existing or new AdSense publishers. The AdSense sales and operations team is a group of enthusiastic and dynamic individuals who are self-motivated starters with a passion for exceeding customer expectations through building, supporting and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent service to Google's clients and users via face to face interaction, phone, email and online help groups;
- Managing and growing relationships with publishers, web site operators, e-commerce merchants and Google product users;
- Develop, refine and execute policies to ensure compliance of publishers. Review content for quality, accuracy and adherence to policy;
- Monetization of client accounts by optimization of accounts, web pages, etc., in order to maximize their return on investment;
- Identifying innovative ways to improve the user experience, and then working with product management, marketing and engineering to implement your ideas;
- Managing projects or working as a key contributor on larger initiatives;
- Identifying opportunities to increase publishers/advertisers performance and investment.
- BA/BS or equivalent with outstanding oral and written communications skills in English. Post-graduate qualification is a Plus;
- Self-directed, motivated and driven performer, with a passion for upholding the Google brand;
- Exceptional judgment, problem solving and analytical abilities;
- Demonstrated passion for excellence in career and personal interests;
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and works independently under little management supervision.
Qualification:
Technical Account Associate, AdSense

In providing excellent service for our clients, they pro actively identify, develop, support and maximize revenue opportunities from either existing or new AdSense publishers. The AdSense sales and operations team is a group of enthusiastic and dynamic individuals who are self-motivated starters with a passion for exceeding customer expectations through building, supporting and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful implementation of advanced technical publisher solutions across target JAPAC publishers;
- Troubleshoot managed client technical issues with timely resolution;
- Support feature development for key internal account management tools;
- Develop new/existing business partnerships with online publishers, which may include proactively upselling customers on various Google products, features and optimizations either solely or as part of a team;
- Identify, drive, and optimize the revenue flow from new business opportunities by leveraging Google technologies;
- Perform implementation reviews, evangelize new product features, and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges;
- Guarantee the technical aspects of a partner’s integration (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance;
- Analyze and optimize the revenue flow of existing partners.
Qualification:
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent);
- Proficiency in JavaScript/HTML programming;
- Coding skills in one of following fields (ActionScript/Flash design, Java/Object C, PHP/ASP). AJAX/JSON is a plus;
- A solid foundation in network data communication technologies;
- Self-directed, motivated and driven performer, with a passion for upholding the Google brand;
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and works independently under little management supervision;
- Fluency in English (reading and writing).
